When will I receive my order?

We will deliver your order as soon as possible. On average, we deliver within two working days. Unfortunately, we cannot always estimate the delivery time as we work with external transport companies. If your order is delayed, we will try to inform you as soon as possible.

Have you not received your order and no news from us? Be sure to check whether your order may have been delivered to your neighbor or to a postal point. If this is not the case, contact us at hello@giftlock.be and we will be happy to help you.

Not satisfied with your order?

No problem! You can return your order within fourteen days of delivery. To do so, you can send us an e-mail at hello@giftlock.be, or return the official withdrawal form completed to us by e-mail or by post. Please also note that we do not intervene in the cost of return shipping. If we receive the order in the same good condition as we delivered it to you, we will refund the full amount of your order.

Damaged order? Received the wrong product? Other problems?

If your Giftlock has been delivered broken or damaged, we ask you to email us at hello@giftlock.be within two days. In case of other problems (e.g. delivery of the wrong content), we ask you to notify us within two months of identifying the problem. Of course, the sooner you contact us, the sooner we can help you further. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong order in your e-mail. We will then either send you a new one as soon as possible or offer to repair the damaged product.
